Foxtel iQ Self Install Guides

Objective: To redesign the existing iQ3/iQ4/iQ5 set top box installation booklets into a concise, user-friendly guide of no more than 2 pages. This aims to reduce print costs while enhancing the customer experience through clearer, more accessible instructions.

Background: The previous installation guides for Foxtel equipment were too long (at 20 pages), and had been identified as overly complex, leading to customer confusion and increased support calls. Streamlining the guides helped decrease printing expenses and make the installation process more intuitive for users.
