Foxtel: Customer Panel Presentations

Objective: To create a series of captivating presentations that showcase the results of customer panels at various stages of the customer journey. These presentations will be used to highlight customer pain points and facilitate ideation for solutions among departmental directors and management.

Background: Customer panels provided valuable feedback on different stages of the customer journey, including Join, Install, Upgrade, Downgrade, Billing, Use, and Disconnection. The goal was to translate these insights into compelling presentations that effectively communicate customer experiences and challenges, helping management understand key issues and brainstorm potential improvements.
