Foxtel Broadband: Simplified Modem Installation Guides

Objective: To redesign the existing modem installation booklets into a concise, user-friendly, double-sided guide. This aims to reduce print costs while enhancing the customer experience through clearer, more accessible instructions.

Background: The previous installation guides for the 6 broadband connection types were too long, and had been identified as overly complex, leading to customer confusion and increased support calls. Streamlining the guides helped decrease printing expenses and make the installation process more intuitive for users.
