Kayo Product Feature Videos

Objective: To create a series of short, informative videos demonstrating the features of the Kayo streaming service, in a short amount of time, using the MVP (maximum viable product) approach to design and deploy. These videos are for educational purposes, to be added to e-learn training modules for agents.

Background: Kayo includes a variety of features that can enhance the user experience, but these may not be immediately obvious to all users. By producing clear and simple videos, it helps provide agents with easy-to-understand guidance on using the app effectively, reducing support cases and improving overall satisfaction.
